Crosstimbers Pets guarantees this pet to be free of all
Communicable Disease
For a period of 10 days from the date of Sale stated on this Pet
Record.
Crosstimbers Pets also guarantees this pet to be free of Genetic
Defects
Until the pet reaches One year of age.
If this pet displays any indication of poor health within the first 10
days Crosstimbers Pets must be contacted. The pet must be
brought back to Crosstimbers Pets or taken to Veterinarian:
Cindy Carter D.V.M., Southlake Veterinary Clinic, Gore, OK.
74435, 918-489-2322 for any necessary treatment. If unable to
take pet to Southlake Clinic then Crosstimbers Pets must be
contacted an a mutually agreed upon Veterinarian may provide
necessary treatment. Failure to do so will cause this guarantee to
become null and void.
Also this guarantee shall become null and void if the puppy is
given any vaccinations within 10 days of purchase.
In the event that a licensed veterinarian certifies your puppy to be
unfit for purchase within ten days following receipt of your pet,
you may choose: (i) to return your pet at buyers expense and
receive a refund of the purchase price, less shipment charges or
(ii) to return your pet at buyers expense and receive an exchange
pet of your choice of equivalent value plus shipping charges.
In order to exercise these rights you must present a written
veterinary certification that the pet is unfit to Crosstimbers Pets
within three days after receiving such certification. A veterinary
finding of intestinal parasites shall not be grounds for declaring
the pet unfit for purchase unless the pet is clinically ill due to such
condition. The pet may not be found unfit for purchase on
account of an injury sustained or illness contracted subsequent to
the buyer taking possession thereof.
